Q1. What is your lead time?
A: Stock: 5-15 days in general. No stock: 15-30 days after samples confirmed. Or please contact us by email for specific lead time base on your order quantities.


Q2. How does your factory do regarding quality control?
A: Quality is priority. We always attach great importance to quality control from the very beginning to the end:
1) We produce product according agreed technical requirements strictly;
2) We do full tests according to test methology;
3) We have a professional QA/QC team to ensure the quality.
4) We provide test report to customer to confirm before shipment;
5) If any unit was confirmed by customer and us not consistent with agreed specification or test report, we accept replacement/return/refund till customer's acceptance.


Q3. Do you accept OEM or ODM order?
A: Yes, we are a professional manufacturer that can provide OEM and ODM services according to customer needs


Q4. What are your terms of delivery?
A: We can accept EXW, FOB, CIF, etc. You can choose one which is the most convenient for you.


Q5. What is the payment way?
A: TT, L/C, Pay Later, West Union,Online Bank Payment.


Q6. What is warranty?
A: Standard 12 months and negotiable for longer warranty.


Q7. What is the packing quality?
A: For sample order, we use carton box with sponge, and batch order, we use wooden box.

A: If standard product, price as in the price table, if customized product, price by checking with sales, so as to different qty needs.
