The M6-80 is a smart inertial measurement unit (IMU) that includes a tri-axis accelerometer, a tri-axis gyroscope and a mixed signal ASIC which provides angular rate and acceleration output via flexible Safe-SPI or UART interfaces with configurable band rate.
