The IMU6-1 MEMS Inertial Measurement Unit is designed for precision measurement of three-axis angular rate, acceleration, and inclination angle. This unit can be customized to meet specific measurement accuracy and range requirements.

The system consists of:

  • Three-axis gyroscope
  • Three-axis accelerometer
  • Three-axis inclination sensor
  • Temperature sensor
  • Signal processing board
  • Structural components and software

After comprehensive error compensation (including temperature compensation, installation misalignment angle compensation, and nonlinear compensation), the processed data is output via RS-422 serial port using a standardized communication protocol.
