The 16488HA MEMS IMU provides six-axis inertial sensing with a three-axis gyroscope and three-axis accelerometer, featuring ±450°/s angular rate and ±20 g acceleration measurement ranges. With exceptional zero-bias instability as low as 0.3°/h (gyroscope) and 0.25 mg (accelerometer), this unit delivers low random walk and high scale factor repeatability. Full temperature, misalignment, and nonlinear compensation ensure reliable performance across -45°C to 85°C operating range.
