The MEMS Inertial Measurement Unit (IMU) combines a three-axis gyroscope, three-axis accelerometer, temperature sensor, signal processing board, and supporting software. It measures three-axis angular rate, three-axis acceleration, and three-axis inclination angle, outputting compensated data (including temperature, misalignment, and nonlinear compensation) via RS-422 serial port.
