Honeywell HG4930 High-Precision Inertial Measurement Unit IMU for Navigation
The MEMS Inertial Measurement Unit (IMU) integrates a three-axis gyroscope, three-axis accelerometer, temperature sensor, signal processing board, and supporting software. This precision instrument measures three-axis angular rate, three-axis acceleration, and three-axis inclination angle of a carrier. It outputs compensated gyroscope and accelerometer data (including temperature compensation, installation misalignment angle compensation, and nonlinear compensation) via RS-422 serial port using a standardized communication protocol.
