The centrifuge is composed of a mechanical platform, a measurement and control cabinet, and an industrial computer. It is mainly used for calibration and acceleration stress screening tests, and has smooth speed control capabilities.
The equipment adopts a box type, the box cover is made into a half-open (flip type) state, and the box cover is closed when the centrifuge is working. To ensure safety, a tact switch is provided at the cover of the box. When the cover is not covered, the device cannot be powered on.
Mechanical structure
The centrifuge adopts a box-type flip cover design, and a travel switch is set at the box cover to ensure that the equipment cannot be powered on when the box cover is not tightly closed, which improves the safety protection of the operator. The appearance of the centrifuge is shown in Figure 2.
