  • Product Description
IMU6 MEMS Inertial Measurement Unit is a highly integrated sensing system that combines a three-axis gyroscope, three-axis accelerometer, three-axis inclinaion angle, temperature sensor, signal processing board, mechanical housing, and accompanying software.


It is designed to measure the three-axis angular rate, three-axis linear acceleration, and three-axis inclination angle of a moving platform or carrier. The system performs comprehensive error compensation, including:


  • Temperature compensation
  • Installation misalignment correction
  • Nonlinear compensation, among others


After compensation, the sensor outputs high-accuracy gyroscope, accelerometer, and inclination data via a standard RS-422 serial interface, following a predefined communication protocol.


The IMU6 is suitable for applications that require compact, robust, and precise inertial sensing in challenging environments.
