Stim300 MEMS Inertial Measurement Unit with RS-422 Serial Interface
The MEMS inertial measurement unit integrates a three-axis gyroscope, three-axis accelerometer, three-axis inclination angle sensor, temperature sensor, signal processing board, and necessary software. It precisely measures three-axis angular rate, three-axis acceleration, and three-axis inclination angle of a carrier, outputting compensated data (including temperature, installation misalignment, and nonlinear compensation) via RS-422 serial port.
